Usage
Blend one scoop of dōTERRA Protein with 250mL of water or preferred choice of milk until smooth and creamy. Add fruits and vegetables for added flavour and nutrition. For a unique flavour, blend in one drop of your favourite dōTERRA essential oil meant for food flavouring.
